My service approach is to be as customer oriented as possible, to understand the customer's instrument and application concerns, and to use a large knowledge base of experience and understanding in resolving issues. 20+ years experience as an electro-mechanical-optical service engineer. - Re-certification using certified standards and equipment traceable to NIST
- Spectrophotometer Standards certified in the UV and Visible ranges.
- Statement of Instrument Performance which includes: Instrument Logistics, Testing criteria, Standards/calibration dates, Before/After data, all compiled in a straight-forward format indicating Pass/Fail status for each test performed.
- A flat-fee program based on the number of instruments being serviced for the Re-certification or Cleaning/Calibration of: Spectronic 20 Series, Genesys 20, and Helios Epsilon spectrophotometer models is available. Please call or send an E-mail for details.
